Employees used to be able to get high-quality care at an affordable price, with a reasonable copay and deductible. Now every year it gets harder and harder for ordinary, hard-working Americans to afford basic healthcare.
It also gets harder for employers to provide good healthcare to their employees.
Most small and medium-sized business leaders are good-hearted people who want the best for their employees. They want to provide health insurance. They want to provide employee benefits.
